Privacy Policy
Effective
LittlesLink is a product of Expert Insights, INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers information collected through littleslink.com, including newsletter requests and contact messages. It also covers demo signup and the LittlesLink Verification SMS program in the LittlesLink application.
Other processing within the childcare application and customer daycare websites is covered by the notices and agreements applicable to those services. The SMS protections below apply to our verification program regardless of where you request a code.
Information you provide
Newsletter signup collects your email address, your first name if you provide it, your consent, the signup source, and subscription dates and status. We keep confirmation and unsubscribe records to respect your choices. Contact forms collect the fields shown, such as your name, email address, program name, and message. Demo signup in the application collects your name, email, mobile number if supplied, verification status, and your choices about SMS and access agreements.
Please do not submit children’s information, health details, custody records, passwords, or other sensitive information through these marketing forms. This site is intended for adults exploring services for childcare programs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, coordinate demo access, process newsletter requests, deliver verification codes you request, maintain consent and opt-out records, and protect our services against misuse. A demo request does not subscribe you to our newsletter or recurring text messages. Email newsletter consent and SMS consent are separate. A pending newsletter request is not a confirmed subscription.
SMS verification and your mobile information
LittlesLink Verification SMS covers only requested one-time codes for demo access. Recipients are existing or potential customers who explicitly request text verification during signup. Regular paid signup verifies email and does not currently require SMS verification. We do not use SMS for marketing, promotions, cold outreach, or ongoing account updates.
For verification, we process your mobile number, its association with your demo request, verification status, and records of your code requests, consent, and opt-out choices. Our messaging providers may process message content, timestamps, delivery status, and keyword replies to deliver codes, provide help, prevent abuse, and honor your preferences.
Message frequency varies with your verification requests: one verification message per code request, including requested resends. There are no scheduled or recurring messages. Responses to HELP and confirmations of opt-out or renewed opt-in may also be sent. Message and data rates may apply.
Enter your required email address and choose Text (recommended) or Email. Neither option is selected in advance. To request SMS, enter a U.S. mobile number you own or are authorized to use, review the disclosure and policy links, select Text, and click “Send verification code.” Enter the single six-digit code to continue to the demo agreement. Your email is verified later when needed if you choose Text. Choose “Email — no text messages” to receive the code by email instead. A mobile number is optional on this path, and no SMS is authorized. Either choice opens the same seven-day demo automatically after verification and the demo agreement; no staff approval is required. SMS permission is separate from the access terms and does not authorize marketing or daycare-to-parent messaging. Each later text request or resend requires an explicit new request beside the current disclosure.
You may reply STOP at any time to stop all SMS from this program, including future verification codes. One opt-out confirmation may be sent; further SMS requires your renewed consent. Reply START to opt back in, then explicitly request a new text code when needed. A web request alone does not override STOP. Reply HELP or contact us for support. Read the SMS terms for details.
How we protect mobile information and consent
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not buy, sell, rent, or transfer SMS consent or subscriber lists.
We disclose only the information needed by service providers that operate this verification program on our behalf, such as Twilio and mobile carriers that deliver messages. Those providers receive information to perform messaging, security, or support services, not to use your consent for their own marketing. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from sharing with other businesses for their independent use, including the general business-transfer provision below. Disclosures required by law do not grant anyone permission to send you messages.
Security checks and technical information
Our website and security service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and security-check results to deliver and protect the site. The newsletter API uses short-lived, keyed identifiers for rate limiting rather than storing raw IP addresses in its subscriber database. Security checks may use browser storage or cookies necessary to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated requests.
Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers for website delivery, security, data storage, email delivery, and SMS verification. They process information as needed to provide those services. Subject to the mobile-information and SMS-consent protections above, we may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell newsletter subscriber lists.
Your newsletter choices
You may unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter email or contact us to request removal. We retain a limited suppression record so a previously unsubscribed address is not added back by mistake. A fresh signup does not override an unsubscribe preference; renewed consent and email confirmation are required before newsletter delivery resumes.
Retention and protection
We retain information as needed to process requests, provide the communications you requested, maintain consent and suppression records, and meet applicable obligations. We limit administrative access and use technical safeguards to protect the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete your information; we may retain limited records needed to honor your opt-out or meet legal obligations.
Your requests and questions
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information. Use our contact form to ask about access, correction, deletion, SMS preferences, or privacy practices. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. Never send a password or verification code with your request.
Links and updates
Other websites linked from this site operate under their own privacy policies. We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Policy updates do not grant new SMS consent.
