How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every plan starts with a full-featured 14-day free trial — no credit card required. We send reminder emails at 7, 3, and 1 day(s) before the trial ends, so there are never surprise cutoffs.
Do parents pay anything?
Never. Every plan includes the family portal and unlimited parent and guardian accounts at no charge.
Are there per-child fees?
No. Home, Core, and Pro are flat monthly prices with no per-child fees. The Home plan deliberately has no cap on the number of children — it is sized for in-home providers by staff and classroom limits instead.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are invoiced monthly — simple, predictable, and no card on file needed to get started.
Can you help us switch from another system?
Yes. Bulk import is built in, Pro includes assisted migration, and our white-glove Advanced Migration service (one-time, from $299) can move your enrollment, family, and attendance data for you.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data is retained for a full year after an account closes before deletion, so nothing is lost if you need an export or decide to come back.
What is an "AI assistant action"?
One use of the built-in drafting assistant — for example, drafting a parent update or an incident summary. The AI only ever produces drafts for a human to review and approve; it never sends or changes anything on its own.
